Continued Success in Locate Investigations

Hodson and Associates had had a recent overflow in locate investigations from the public. Most locate investigations involve an adult son or daughter locating their biological parent. Others would be lost child, lost contact with an old friend, ex-girlfriend, etc.

A large amount of locate investigation requests are denied by Hodson and Associates Investigators. The cases are denied because they do not pass Hodson and Associates rules of procedure. The rules of Procedure are ethical guide lines to any investigation Hodson and Associates Practices.

There are individuals in the public that would like to locate an old girlfriend, ex-spouse etc. These investigations are fine but Hodson and Associates has a policy that the investigator contacts the “Missing Person” first to ask if they want their information released. This policy is used only when it is a civil/domestic matter and not a legal, court of criminal matter. If the person found does not want their information released to client, Hodson and Associates will notify their client of such. This policy is important to Hodson and Associates to protect privacy and human life.
