CA - Senate resolution number 946 was presented to Mr. Gailey by the Honorable
Tom Harmon of the 35th Senatorial District in California. The resolution was
passed on July 21st, 2011 in recognition of Mr. Gailey's leadership while
serving on the California State Bar Board of Governors.
Mentioned
in the resolution was Mr. Gailey's vast investigative experience, including 23
years with the Los Angeles Police Department, and his membership in the
California Association of Licensed Investigators in addition to several other
investigation related associations.
Gailey currently serves as chairman of

1991, he worked as a detective for the Los Angeles Police Department. Gailey is a decorated Vietnam veteran of the
U.S. Army; 173rd Airborne Brigade, and the 82nd Airborne Division, where he
served as a sergeant E-5 paratrooper from 1965 to 1968. Mr. Gailey currently serves as the Vice
President of the California State Bar, Board of Governors.
