Jeffrey Gailey’s career in
investigative services began in 1995, when he joined
Gailey Associates, Inc., as an investigator trainee.
Since that time, he has worked in and then supervised
nearly every practice area in the company. Gailey first
worked in the research department, learning
investigative skills in process serving, court research
and research analysis tasks. He then became a senior
research analyst, creating and putting into place state
of the art research and skip tracing techniques and
resources which are still employed today. Gailey then
successfully passed the State of California test for
Private Investigators and gained his Private
Investigators License. He was then assigned to the
workers compensation practice and received comprehensive
training as an AOE/COE investigator. He became an expert
in this area, quickly becoming the lead investigator for
a number of workers’ compensation clients. He then
trained and supervised subordinate investigators in this
complicated field.
Gailey was promoted to Senior
Investigator in the Operations Division of the firm, and
was named to head the Governmental defense practice
area. He currently heads the City of Los Angeles Civil
Liability contract on behalf of the firm.
In 2007, Gailey was made a Vice
President and shareholder in the firm.
